What moves the price
Brand and model
Some brands use their own parts, which cost more to source than a standard compatible wheel or slider. A generic spinner wheel sits at the low end of the range; a brand-specific handle mechanism sits higher.
Parts availability
If we have a matching part in stock, the job is quicker and cheaper. A rare or discontinued part may have to be ordered in, which adds cost and time. If we can't find a good match, we'll tell you before starting.
How much work it takes
Swapping a zip slider is quick. Rebuilding a telescopic handle, repairing a long crack or working a deep dent out of an aluminium panel takes much longer — that's why shell and frame repairs have the widest ranges.

Before you buy new
A decent mid-range suitcase in Singapore costs roughly S$200–500, and well-known brands can cost considerably more. Most single repairs on the list above cost a small fraction of that — and you keep a bag you already know.
Whether a repair makes sense depends on the type and extent of the damage and the overall condition of the bag, not on what it cost. Most damage is limited to one or two parts — a wheel, a handle, a zip — and that's what we fix every day. So before you throw a damaged case away, let us assess it. Frequently asked questions
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the job. Wheels, handles, zips and locks are usually done within 1–7 days; crack repair and minor stitching take around 7–10 days; frame alignment 10–14 days. If you're travelling soon, tell us your date when you message.
Can you repair bags damaged by an airline?
Yes. We're an appointed repair partner for more than 40 airlines at Changi Airport. If your airline has given you a repair authorisation or a claim reference, bring it with you. Our Changi claim guide explains the process.
Is it worth repairing an old suitcase?
If the shell and frame are sound and only a wheel, handle, zip or lock has gone, usually yes. We'll give you an honest view when we see it.
Do you use original parts?
Where the original part is available, we can fit it. Otherwise we use a compatible part matched to the original's size and fitting, and we'll tell you which you're getting when we quote.
Do you repair every brand?
We repair all brands, from well-known names to unbranded cases. The price depends on the part, not the label.
