Some bags cost more
to fix than to replace.

When a bag's past the bench, we'll tell you straight — and we build our own. The same shell we repair, designed to be fixed, not thrown away. Every one repairable at our bench.

Common questions

What people ask us

Specific answers to the questions we hear most at the bench.

What kinds of bags do you repair?
Every kind. Hardshell spinners, soft-shell carry-ons, duffels, backpacks, designer handbags, briefcases. We work on every major brand — Samsonite, Rimowa, Tumi, Briggs & Riley, Eminent, and most minor ones too. Fifty years at the bench means we've seen it before.
How long does a repair take?
Most jobs finish while you wait — wheel repairs in about 20 minutes, lock resets in 5, zipper repairs in 30. Handle and shell work runs 1–3 days. We tell you up front, before any tools come out.
How much does a repair cost?
Walk-in pricing: wheels from S$20, lock reset free, zippers from S$30, handles from S$45, shells from S$60, cleaning from S$35. The quote is always free and in-person. Don't like the price? Walk out with the same bag, no charge.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in any day, Mon–Sat (closed Sunday) — no appointment. Bring the bag to any of our four workshops and we'll take it from there. Current hours for each workshop are on our Workshops page.
Do you only repair bags you sold?
No — we repair luggage and bags from most brands, regardless of where you bought them. You don't need a receipt or a warranty. If yours is unusual, send a photo on WhatsApp first and we'll tell you up front whether it's something we can take on.
