We hire for care, not credentials.

The core bench role at Chiang Kong. Day to day you'll be replacing wheels, re-running and swapping zips, rebuilding handles, and doing shell and frame work across the bags that come through the workshop.

We'll train the right person fully — expect 2–3 months to get comfortable and longer to get genuinely fast. No prior repair experience needed. What matters is that you're careful with your hands, patient with fiddly work, and happy to redo something until it's right.

This is a hands-on, sit-at-the-bench role based in our Singapore workshop.

You're the first person a customer meets when they walk in with a damaged bag. You take the bag, assess the damage, write up the job card, quote the customer, and hand it to the bench.

It's a mix of people work and detail work — you need to be comfortable talking to customers, honest about what a repair will and won't do, and precise enough that the bench knows exactly what was promised.

This role sits around our in-house Lumière luggage line. You'll handle stock, pack and dispatch orders, and manage the small logistics that keep the product side running — inventory counts, order tracking, returns.

It suits someone tidy and systematic who's good at keeping track of things and doesn't let small details slip. Based in Singapore.
