Chiang Kong has repaired bags and luggage since 1975. If this piece ever needs a wheel, zip, handle or lining seen to, bring it to any of our workshops in Singapore or Malaysia — in or out of warranty. Free in-person quote, no obligation.

Care instructions

Wipe the shell with a damp cloth — skip solvents and harsh cleaners. Give the zips a light dry-wax twice a year to keep them running smoothly. When a wheel, handle, lock or zip starts to wear, bring the case to any of our four workshops and we'll set it right — free, for the life of the bag.
